FIn the Fall of 2007 Wayne H. Miller, CEO of Denali Fiduciary Management was asked by staff of the US House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee to submit his thoughts regarding coroporate fiduciary conduct in the management of retirement plans. In his response, Miller summarizes his thoughts the fundamental problems that must be addressed and offers some suggestions for solutions to those problems.
